We’re committed to you. We’re able to offer you amazing discounts because we don’t house most inventory after our sales end, and therefore cannot process returns except in very limited circumstances. The almost goods you order, are directly shipped from Chinese companies to your doorstep and therefore cannot process returns except in very limited circumstances.

Returns Policy

If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete after delivery, please contact us within the applicable refund/return window. Your product may be eligible for return/refund depending on the product category and condition. Please see the detailed terms in the relevant category below.

Valid reasons to return an item

1/ Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)

2/ The product delivered, doesn’t match with the order details. (e.g customer ordered size 40 shoe, we sent size 42).

3/ For multiple items sometimes some suppliers in China delays the delivery. In that case, we send you the goods which we already received in our Local warehouse. So in this case, please wait another week, to receive other items. You can also track your order from wholesalecartbd.com/tracking

4/ Exchanges. We do not accept any Product Exchanges.

If your product is eligible for return or refund, please feel free to submit refund/return request by refund/return section from your account page within 72 hours after receiving the product.. Your product may be eligible for return/refund depending on the product category and condition. You can also contact us by Email: complain@wholesalecartbd.com or call us (+88) 01844-450017 or contact us from contact section. The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.

Refund Timeline:

If any order is canceled or approved request for refund, the payment against such order shall be refunded within 10 to 15 Working days, but it may take longer time in exceptional cases (depends on payment method).

The return policy is ineffective if:

1) More than 72 hours have passed from the time of receiving the product.
2) Product colour varies due to photography, lighting sources, or your monitor setting.
3) Size difference within 1-4 CM due to measurement standards of different manufacturers.
4) Not satisfied with the quality.
5) The product has been used. 

How to submit refund/return request?

  1. Sign in to your Wholesalecartbd.com account, select My Orders.
  2. Select the order you wish to return/refund and click on the Manage Order button.
  3. Click on Return/refund Items.
  4. Fill in the Return/refund Form with picture.
  5. Pack your wholesalecartbd.com parcel securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging.
  6. If you are located in Dhaka city, then you will be able to avail pickup facility from specific areas. If you are located outside Dhaka then you will have to send back the product to us, at your own expense and own responsibility. In such cases please contact us via e-mail or phone.
